You are a people person and love connecting with others, whether it be in person or on social media. You’re an extrovert who intuitively knows how to ask the kind of questions that will get people engaged. For you, meeting new people and striking up conversations never feels like effort—you could do it all day long. You’re a natural cheerleader—someone who loves to encourage and motivate and get people fired up.
Ideally, you’ve completed the EBA® course or have been a part of the ACTIVATE Coaching Program. You also have had some experience leading, growing, and nurturing an online community, as well as experience posting on a variety of social media platforms. You should strongly relate to, identify with, and have a heart for busy, high-achieving women ages 40+ who are working hard through our programs to launch or grow their online businesses.

We are looking for a part-time (approx. 10 hours a week) EBA® Community Manager & Coach to help us engage and nurture our incredible community of EBA® students.

This position involves a combination of creativity, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, and it has high expectations. Of course, if you’re the person we are looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations. It is also a position that has the potential to grow into a full time role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our EBA® Community Manager & Coach, your main responsibility will be first and foremost to engage and nurture our online community of Elite Blog Academy® and ACTIVATE students.
Additional responsibilities will include helping to lead live coaching sessions within our EBA® programs, and acting as a cheerleader—pushing our students to stick with our proven path and to keep going even when it feels tough.
You’ll be working directly with the EBA® brand team and your voice and opinions on what is working and what is not will be greatly welcomed and appreciated.
